Information you submit
If you use the recommendation form, you may submit your name, email, company or store name, country, business type, sales channels, product category or setup details, SKU range, order volume, current scanner, current printer, software, budget range, timeline, and your biggest question.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to understand readiness needs, map a business into a planning path, and evaluate whether the site should develop future educational resources or recommendation workflows.
Analytics placeholders
The site includes reserved locations for Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Analytics IDs should be reviewed before launch. Event placeholders include calculator_start, calculator_complete, form_start, form_submit, checklist_click, and recommendation_click.
No checkout data
This site does not collect payment card data, process checkout, sell barcode equipment, or provide product availability information.
Third-party form tools
If this form is later replaced with a third-party tool such as Tally, Formspree, or Airtable, that provider's privacy terms should also be reviewed.
Contact and retention
Keep submitted information only as long as needed for readiness research and follow-up. Remove test submissions when they are no longer useful.
